modern built home interior.

Build

Built to the drawing.

Twenty-five years across many trades teaches you which suppliers to call, what each phase asks for, and how the earliest decisions carry through to the last day of the build.

We build what we design, so the drawing is the most important part for us. Our own supervision is on site every day, our subcontractors have been with us for years, and the schedule is real because we wrote it knowing the island, logistics, and what it takes.

Salt, sun and the sea between here and the mainland shape every Hawaiʻi build. We plan for all three before the first pour.

01

Craft

Millwork drawn and built in-house, stone set by hand, lines you can check with your own eye. Quality begins where the frame goes up.

02

A local network

Suppliers, trades and inspectors we have worked beside for over a decade. The fastest permit on this island is the one submitted complete.

03

Built for the climate

Deep overhangs, cross-ventilation, solar and catchment where they belong. A house that runs lightly and asks little of you.
