Nicholson, LLC (“Nicholson,” “we,” “us”) designs, builds and manages custom homes on Hawaiʻi Island. This policy describes what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.
Information you give us
When you contact us through this site, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, the community you’re building in, and a description of what you need. Anything you send us by email is included too. We collect nothing you don’t choose to share.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting platform records basic technical data when you visit — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring links. We use this in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure. We do not use it to identify you personally.
How we use your information
We use the information you share to respond to your inquiry, schedule conversations, and follow up about your project. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses a small number of cookies for basic functionality and anonymous analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings and the site will continue to work.
When we share information
We share information only with the service providers that make this website run — our hosting and form-processing platform — and only as needed to deliver your message to us. The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which reviews how the form is used to tell people from automated spam; Google’s Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (policies.google.com/terms) apply to that check. We will disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry messages for as long as they are useful to the conversation — typically the duration of a project inquiry and a reasonable period after. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@nicholsonhawaii.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Links to other sites
This site may link to websites we don’t operate, including community and listing pages. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. We will not apply meaningful changes to information we have already collected without telling you.
