Elegance and Simplicity
Inspired by Scandinavian architecture, this unique three building, five bedroom home lives in Waimea, Big Island on a 2.6 acre lot. The all black exterior was highly recommended by Nicholson, LLC because it doesn't compromise with the natural beauty of Waimea, but enhances it. The cream interior adds a touch of elegance and simplicity that doesn't clash with the bold exterior.
All three pods connected by an all glass enclosed breezeways, which lights up during the night. Large picture windows capture views from Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa to views of the Pacific Ocean. Not shown, but designed with your typical his-and-hers vanities, they also have they're own respective offices. Another unique and fun fact not pictured is the "his-and-hers garages". Her garage leading to the kitchen and his leading to his office.
